The fastest growing energy audit and anlysis solution just got even better with the addition of Cash Flow Payback Analysis and Proposal Tracking. Cash Flow Payback Analysis incorporates maintenance savings, savings related to heating and cooling, the cost of electricity AND the annual increase of the cost of energy.

The new cash flow option is well suited to demonstrate the cost benefit of LED solutions by taking advantage of factors not used in a simple payback analysis. Cash Flow Payback Analysis includes:

Savings on energy costs from reduced cooling requirements;
The cost of electricity is going up. Include an annual increase in the cost of electricity in the payback analysis;
As maintenance costs come down, so too does the payback period. Now you can include the maintenance savings in your payback analysis.

ecoInsight's latest feature keeps track of proposal milestones for you, and reminds you when they are due. You can now manage proposals and proposal revisions, closed proposals (won and lost) and proposal margins with Proposal Tracker.
