Energy Software Trainer/Inside Sales
ecoInsight is an integrated solution designed to optimize the sales process for energy retrofits.  Starting with energy/electrical audits and energy saving equipment upgrades through proposal generation, ecoInsight reduces the time and effort of the cycle by 40% compared to a manual process.
Responsibilities:
-Help educate and support new and existing clients in the use of our product.
-Interact with clients and project leaders to identify needs, and deliver customized training programs
-Create training videos for customers
-Assist with support issues and product documentation, as needed
-Give demos to the clients and help sales team in their sales cycles
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience in Lighting Industry (Required)
-Domain knowledge in lighting products  (Fixtures, lamps, ballasts and controls) (Required)
-Strong communication skills (Required)
-Training experience (Added Advantage)

Sr. Lead Software Engineer:
Work with EcoInsight’s product management teams to design and build EcoInsight’s web-based applications. The position requires the ability to plan strategically for U.S. and Indian Engineering teams across a number of major development projects. The incumbent must be adept in helping expose a growing overseas team to development processes and standards. Further, the incumbent will need to partner with EcoInsight’s recruiters to grow our U.S. team with an emphasis on designing application software to be used in the Cloud. The employee will act as a liaison between software architects, software development and product management while working on projects where he/she takes full ownership of the development of key software modules. Deep knowledge of product development processes and methodologies, paired with the ability to write code and manage teams of software engineers is a necessity for this position. Job Location: Atlanta, GA. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, foreign degrees acceptable, in Computer Systems Engineering and five years of progressive work experience with the ability to use: object oriented software architect and concepts; .NET, WPF/Microsoft Silverlight, WCF, XML, XSLT, XML Schema, and have MS Certification for .NET platform.
