Administrative Assistant

ecoInsight is looking for an intelligent and experienced professional who enjoys the challenges and opportunities associated with working in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a full time opening for a motivated senior level Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to executive-level professionals. This job is located in Atlanta, GA.


Responsibilities:
1. Assist assigned executive in the management of schedules, handling calls from both internal and external sources
2. Type correspondence including letters, memos, forms, policies and procedures
3. Manage confidential information in a professional manner
4. Prepare and provide reporting as needed
5. Schedule and coordinate all required resources for meetings

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3 to 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
3. Strong communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities are compulsory
4. Must possess high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations
5. Position requires poise, tact and diplomacy
6. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & SharePoint

Senior Front End Developer

Job Requirements:

Senior .NET Developer

Join an entrepreneurial team that revolutionizes the way we upgrade buildings with energy efficient products! ecoInsight is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to work with ecoInsight’s Product Management team to design and build the server components of ecoInsight’s software products.


Job Requirements:
1. Deep knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
2. Experience with object oriented concepts, patterns and practices, and architecture
3. 6 years of .NET experience
4. At least 2 years of experience with WCF, REST, LINQ, and EF
5. Experience with other technologies and frameworks such as asynchronous programming, OData, SQL Server, Azure, Silverlight, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Web Forms is a plus.

Customer Advocacy Specialist

Join an entrepreneurial team that is revolutionizing the way we upgrade buildings with energy efficient products. ecoInsight is looking for a smart, energetic self-starter who enjoys working on complex and challenging projects in an entrepreneurial environment. This is an important customer-facing position in which your main focus will be providing technical support and service to ecoInsight clients.


Responsibilities:
Services:
1. Communicate courteously with customers by phone and email to ensure ecoInsight implementations are complete and clients are satisfied
2. Conduct regular web based product training for new customers
3. Follow an internal escalation procedure for customers complaints, deliverables and feedback
4. Conduct regular meeting with the head of services to discuss possible improvements to services
5. Continuously learn about ecoInsight product/services

Support:
1. Provide technical/functional support to our customers via email, phone, or other methods
2. Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
3. Follow standard processes and procedures. Identify and escalate priority issues per process.
4. Possess, acquire, and maintain the technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
NOTE: Candidates who have strong, proven ecoInsight usage experience will be strongly considered in lieu of an Electrical Engineering degree
2. Minimum of two years' experience working in the lighting industry
3. Excellent communication skills (Proper written and spoken English)
4. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
