Senior Front End Developer

Job Requirements:
1. Extensive experience developing responsive web sites for mobile and desktop browsers on multiple platforms using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX/JSON, jQuery, Angular.js (or similar) and LESS/SASS.
2. Experience in developing web sites for iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows platforms using IE8-IE11, Firefox, Safari and Chrome browsers.

Senior .NET Developer

Job Requirements:
1. Deep knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
2. Experience with object oriented concepts, patterns and practices, and architecture
3. 6 years of .NET experience
4. At least 2 years of experience with WCF, REST, LINQ, and EF
5. Experience with other technologies and frameworks such as asynchronous programming, OData, SQL Server, Azure, Silverlight, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Web Forms is a plus.

Customer Advocacy Specialist

Join an entrepreneurial team that is revolutionizing the way we upgrade buildings with energy efficient products. ecoInsight is looking for a smart, energetic self-starter who enjoys working on complex and challenging projects in an entrepreneurial environment. This is an important customer-facing position in which your main focus will be providing technical support and service to ecoInsight clients.


Responsibilities:
Services:
1. Communicate courteously with customers by phone and email to ensure ecoInsight implementations are complete and clients are satisfied
2. Conduct regular web based product training for new customers
3. Follow an internal escalation procedure for customers complaints, deliverables and feedback
4. Conduct regular meeting with the head of services to discuss possible improvements to services
5. Continuously learn about ecoInsight product/services

Support:
1. Provide technical/functional support to our customers via email, phone, or other methods
2. Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
3. Follow standard processes and procedures. Identify and escalate priority issues per process.
4. Possess, acquire, and maintain the technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
NOTE: Candidates who have strong, proven ecoInsight usage experience will be strongly considered in lieu of an Electrical Engineering degree
2. Minimum of two years’ experience working in the lighting industry
3. Excellent communication skills (Proper written and spoken English)
4. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and CRM systems

Sr. Lead Software Engineer:

Work with ecoInsight’s product management teams to design and build ecoInsight’s web-based applications. The position requires the ability to plan strategically for U.S. and Indian Engineering teams across a number of major development projects. The incumbent must be adept in helping expose a growing overseas team to development processes and standards. Further, the incumbent will need to partner with ecoInsight’s recruiters to grow our U.S. team with an emphasis on designing application software to be used in the Cloud.

The employee will act as a liaison between software architects, software development and product management while working on projects where he/she takes full ownership of the development of key software modules. Deep knowledge of product development processes and methodologies, paired with the ability to write code and manage teams of software engineers is a necessity for this position. Job Location: Atlanta, GA. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, foreign degrees acceptable, in Computer Systems Engineering and five years of progressive work experience with the ability to use: object oriented software architect and concepts; .NET, WPF/Microsoft Silverlight, WCF, XML, XSLT, XML Schema, and have MS Certification for .NET platform.

ecoInsight is looking for a smart, energetic self-starter who enjoys working on complex and challenging projects in an entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for influencing product requirements for ecoInsight’s market leading energy efficiency software, ensuring that customer expectations are addressed in the roadmap, and developing a value proposition and messaging to effectively influence buying decisions in the market. You will work closely with members of the ecoInsight sales and development teams.


Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Understanding customer requirements and competitive trends in the area of energy efficiency upgrades and these inputs into a differentiated end-to-end customer experience.
2. Driving ecoInsight to become the backbone of all energy professionals.
3. Driving readiness activities to ensure that marketing, sales and technical field roles in ecoInsight are equipped to support product launches, and sales execution.
4. Driving the product and business planning process across various functional organizations of the company including sales, marketing, development, etc.
5. Analyzing and approving GUI, screen and interface designs for enhanced user experience.
6. Defining product strategy and product roadmaps based on customer feedback and ROI analysis.
7. Triaging and prioritizing issues for product management team.


Job Requirements:
Candidates must have either 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or a certification in financial engineering plus a master’s degree.


Desirable Additional Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in working with business owners to prioritize feature development, based on business value.
2. Demonstrated ability to translate market trends and customer insight into executable product and service guidance.
3. Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
4. Be a self-starter who can prioritize activities and deliverables, manage multiple projects effectively and drive them to completion with a focus on producing measurable results.
